Ordering is simple and easy. You can order 24/7 on our website at www.diapers.com or by calling us at
1-800-DIAPERS (1-800-342-7377) weekdays between 9AM and 9PM Eastern Time.

If you wish to place an order via the website, you can browse for products on both the left and top navigation bars on virtually all web pages. Alternatively, you can enter search terms in the "PRODUCT SEARCH" space on the top navigation bar, also on all of our web pages.

Once you would like to purchase a specific product, you enter the quantity and add it to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. If you have not created an account or logged in during this session, you will then be prompted to do so in order for us to determine whether you are a new or existing customer and then apply any new customer discounts or existing credits you have in your account to your order.

You will then be taken to the shopping cart screen where you can enter any promotion or referral codes or discounts, continue shopping or click on "Proceed to Checkout."

During the Checkout process, you will simply need to enter your shipping address, credit card information (via a secure payment process) and confirm your order. And you're done-all set to receive your order within 1-2 business days!


AVAILABILITY

We try to ensure the products listed on our site are always in stock so we can ship them the same or next business day. In the rare circumstance where a product is not in stock, we will let you know when it will be available to ship on the product page.


CANCELING OR CHANGING AN ORDER

Once you place an order, you can log into your account, click on "My Account" and check the status of your order. You can cancel your order and obtain a refund at any time BEFORE we process the order to our warehouse. After we have processed the order, however, we unfortunately cannot cancel it. Note that we usually process the day's orders every evening but in many instances we also process orders at approximately 12PM Eastern Time as well.

In order to change an order after you have placed it, you must first cancel your order and then place a new order.


PAYMENT METHODS WE ACCEPT

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.


ORDER CONFIRMATIONS/ORDER STATUS

Immediately after your order is successfully placed, you can log into your account and click on "Order Status" at the top of every screen (you can also access "Order Status" by clicking on "My Account" at the op top of every screen). The order status will be listed as "Order Received". You are also sent a confirmation e-mail at the same time. If the order is not visible in your account and you have not received an e-mail, we did not receive your order and there was no charge to your credit card. You can re-enter that order.

When we process your order, the order status changes to "Order Processed" and when shipped, "Order Shipped".


SCHEDULING ORDERS IN ADVANCE

You can set up an automated delivery for any length of time by calling customer service (1-800-342-7377). You can set the frequency of delivery (e.g., every week to every 12 weeks), the contents of the order, and where you would like them sent. If you would like to buy a large supply of diapers as a gift, we can send a gift note at your request explaining how the size of diaper shipped can be easily updated. You can be charged up front for the full cost or can be charged each time an order is shipped. You can also purchase a gift certificate and the recipient can order the supplies as needed.

Soon we will post this auto-ship feature on the website so you can adjust accordingly as you see fit.


SHIPPING/DELIVERY

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is FREE and FAST for orders over $49.00. For orders under $49, it is $4.99.


2-DAY SHIPPING GUARANTEE

We ship UPS Ground. When you order by 6pm on a business day, your order will ship the same day and you will receive it in 1-2 business days, GUARANTEED. Click to find out when you will receive your order.
Note: You must order by 6pm in the time zone to which you are shipping.

If your qualifying order does not arrive in 2 business days, please contact our Customer Care department via phone (1-800-342-7377) or email (customercare@diapers.com) and we will issue you a $5 credit. The following orders do not qualify for the shipping guarantee:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Shipping address does not match billing address
  • Payment delay or issue
  • Orders held because they contain a large quantity of a single item that would cause inventory depletion
    (note: this is an infrequent circumstance)
  • UPS failure to deliver (e.g. severe weather conditions)


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently deliver only to the United States, EXCLUDING Alaska and Hawaii. We do not make international deliveries (or to Puerto Rico). We do not yet offer guaranteed overnight shipping, although many areas of the country do receive their orders the next day. Click to find out when you will receive your order.


TRACKING THE SHIPMENT OF YOUR ORDER

We send you a shipment confirmation email once your order ships. In it, we provide you the UPS tracking number you can use on www.ups.com to track your order. We also list the tracking number with your order detail if you click the "Order Status" button when you log in to your account.


WHERE IS YOUR ORDER?

If the UPS tracking information shows the order has been delivered, be sure to check everywhere -- occasionally, carriers will leave deliveries with neighbors, building managers, or places like your porch, garage, or even behind bushes. If there is no tracking information or the tracking information shows the item as returned to us, contact us by email or phone. We may have the wrong shipping address, the driver may have attempted to deliver it but been unsuccessful, or the carrier may have lost it.


IF YOU ARE NOT HOME

It is up to the driver's discretion whether to require a signature when delivering your order or whether to simply drop it off at your doorstep or with a building manager or doorman. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature, he/she will try a few times to get one. After that, the package will be returned as "undeliverable" and you should get a full refund unless it is determined the order was improperly "refused." These undeliverable orders will not be resent. A new order must be placed.


PRODUCTS ARRIVING TOGETHER

Most of the products are all shipped out together in one box and will arrive at the same time. If the order is large and is shipped in more than one package, they may arrive separately-although that is rare. If you log in to your account, you can see the number of tracking numbers listed for your order. That determines the number of packages that were shipped. On the UPS website, you can also see the estimated delivery date for each package.

Gift Certificates are shipped from a separate location than the other products and arrive separately.


CAN I SHIP TO A P.O. Box, OR APO/ FPO ADDRESS?

At present, we are unable to fulfill shipments to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses. However, we hope to provide this service in the near future.


CAN I SHIP TO ALASKA, HAWAII OR PUERTO RICO? DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

At present, we are unable to fulfill shipments outside of the continental United States. However, we hope to provide this service in the near future.


REFER A FRIEND PROGRAM

HOW IT WORKS

Every new household you refer who joins Diapers.com gets $10 off his/her first order ($49 minimum purchase). Every time an order is placed by your referral, you get a $1 credit. You can apply these credits to your next order. Let's take an example. You refer Sandy who joins Diapers.com. When she enters your referral code or email address on the shopping cart screen, she gets a one-time $10 discount off her first order. You get a $1 credit for this first order AND every time her subsequent orders are processed.


MAKING SURE YOU GET YOUR CASH CREDITS

When you sign up for Diapers.com, we give you a special "Referral Code". You must tell your friends and prospective referrals to enter this Referral Code or your email address on account with us on the shopping cart screen when they place their FIRST order. If they don't, we won't know you referred them. They won't get their $10 initial discount and you won't get your $1 cash credit every time they order. Note this is a REFERRAL program-you cannot enter your own referral code or your own email address when placing your first order.


NO LIMITATIONS ON THE NUMBER OF REFERRALS

You can refer 1, 2, 500 or an unlimited number of people. Each time one of your referrals orders, you get a $1 credit.


GETTING HELP FROM Diapers.com

The Company can send or prepare emails on your behalf that explain Diapers.com and how your prospective referrals can get the initial $10 discount. Just click on "My Referrals" and then on "Refer by Email" where you can provide the email addresses of those you'd like to refer. Also, under "My Referrals", you can print as many $10 coupons as you would like. Each coupon has your "Referral Code" in it. Bring them to your child's day care center, Gymboree class or play group.


TRACKING REFERRALS

You can see who has used your referral code/email and also those to whom we have sent emails on your behalf who have not yet ordered. Just click on "My Referrals" and scroll down to your Referral Tracker.


EXPIRATION OF CREDITS

Referral credits expire if you have not placed an order within 6 months.



RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of unopened packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue a full refund. We will also gladly accept returns within 30 days of the sale date and issue a refund if the product you received from Diapers.com is defective.


HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Return shipping is easy and free! To return any item(s), simply contact our Customer Care Center via phone (1-800-342-7377) or email (customercare@diapers.com). A friendly Customer Care team member will take care of the details and provide an email message containing a prepaid, printable UPS return shipping label to apply to your package. Your return may then be handed to any UPS driver or dropped off at any of thousands of UPS drop-off locations. Once your return is received at our processing center, you will receive a full refund, along with an email message confirming receipt.


PACKING AND SENDING YOUR RETURN

The box the items were originally shipped in can be reused if the sizing is appropriate. Simply apply the prepaid shipping label that our customer care representative will email to you. Give the package to your UPS driver or drop off at any UPS drop-off location.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

PURCHASING GIFT CERTIFICATES

You can purchase gift certificates in denominations of up to $1000 and personalize it for any occasion. You can send it by email or postal mail. The gift certificate will have a code the recipient provides when ordering from the site. Email is free while postal mail is $1.99. If you would like to receive the gift certificate so that you can personally deliver it, simply enter your address as the recipient address.


REDEEMING GIFT CERTIFICATES

Every Gift Certificate has a code. In your shopping cart, enter this gift certificate code that was in the certificate. The dollar value of your gift certificate is automatically deducted from the total charge of your order. If there is a balance left over from your gift certificate, you can use it for your next purchase. You can view any outstanding gift certificate balances under "My Account".

The balance due on an order that exceeds the gift certificate amount must be paid by credit card. Gift certificates will expire within 1 year from the purchase date. Any unused portion of the gift certificate will be held within your account for 1 year from the original purchase date of the gift certificate.



PRICES/PROMOTIONS

PRICE COMPARISONS

We urge you to compare prices. We are usually the cheapest on the web and over 35% cheaper than supermarkets and 40% cheaper than drugstores. Be sure to compare on a per diaper or per ounce cost as we sell the larger bulk sizes. Also, factor in shipping costs which is free on 1-800-Diapers for orders over $49. Note that our free shipping is fast-you usually get your order in 1-2 business days as compared to the week or longer on many other sites when factoring processing AND shipping times.


BRAND SAVINGS CARDS

Brand savings cards entitle you to specified savings on designated brands for one year from purchase. Discounts are automatically applied to the current item price for qualifying items on the shopping cart screen. Currently, we are not offering any Brand Savings Cards. If you have previously purchased a Brand Savings Card, you will continue to receive your discount for the one year life of the card.

Limit one membership per household per year. You must designate one shipping address per membership. If you have a change in address, please contact us at 1-800-DIAPERS (1-800-342-7377) or CustomerService@diapers.com so that we can update your account. Offer not good for commercial accounts or resale. Offer good on maximum of $1,000 in purchases for the one year life of the card. Product inventory and pricing are subject to change.


SALES TAX

We are required by law to collect sales tax on certain items shipped to the following states: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. Sales tax will not apply to diapers, formula, or baby food. The specific rate is determined by the county where the order is being delivered.


NEW CUSTOMER DISCOUNTS

From time to time, we offer new customer discounts in the form of promotion codes. Be sure to enter these codes in the shopping cart screen. After entering the code, you usually have to log in or register so we can confirm that you are a new customer. Only one New Customer Discount may be used per household.


AVERAGE COSTS

The average cost for a year supply of diapers on our website is between $500 and $750 with free shipping, depending on the age of your baby and how many changes he/she requires. This is over 35% cheaper than most supermarkets and 40% cheaper than most drugstores.


DO YOU ACCEPT MANUFACTURER'S COUPONS?

Yes, we do! Diapers.com accepts manufacturer's coupons and formula checks for all DIAPER, WIPES and FORMULA products that we sell, except the Kirkland brand. Manufacturer's coupons should be mailed to us at the address below before you place your order. Once we receive them, they'll be applied to your Diapers.com account (please allow 3-5 business days for processing) and automatically applied towards future eligible purchases of the specific product listed on the coupon, before the expiration date.

BOX SIZES

It's confusing - diapers, wipes and formula come in so many different package sizes. There are jumbo packs, mega packs, value packs, etc. Because of this, it can be difficult to compare prices.

We sell most of our products in large wholesale box sizes. This translates into cheaper prices for our customers. Traditional drugstores, supermarkets and discount retailers typically don't buy large pack sizes due to shelf space limitations.

So, when comparing our prices to those of other retailers, you should compare the "per-diaper" or "per-ounce of formula cost" of our products to the alternatives. Our prices are some of the cheapest you will find anywhere.

Note that we also carry smaller box sizes too for those who prefer to buy these.
